AXIS X vs A
Hi guys,
I'm new on this site & from a shithole called South Africa so please any help will be appreciated. (especially GEORGE'S)
Is the speed you'll get out of the AXIS A greater than on the X because of the "custom" settings of the variable drive shaft? or is it only the feel that changes?

Hi,
I read your question and here is my answer::
If you get the A pedals then you have to took the Longboards. So you can use the adjustment to play ( or learn to play, like me ) easier two stroke with (of course) the foots. On the other side: the X-pedals are cheaper. Try to find a musicstore who had both pedals in store and choose the better pedal.

HI DUDE ! the X Axis , for me , are more to the guys who are confortable on the most pedals with chain as eliminator , iron cobra & more ! the A is the longboard serie , to play very fast & with the george kollias or tim waterson technique ! but for sure , if you can try the X & A Axis do it , that's very important to can try before buy ! good luck !!!!

I think that both of the series are good, except that I did choose the Axis A-L Longboards and the Axis AXA2 Shortboards because of the variable drive lever and also for the recommendations I have got from friends and colleages.

Hey guys thanx for the quick replies. I've allready got an AXIS X longboard double pedal. Was just curious about the differences in speed & playability between the two. As I said this shithole I'm living in havn't even got an AXIS agent. Got mine through the net @ AXIS.
NO! The Who (as far as my memory is concerned) never played a gig here.
Queen, Iron Maiden, Def Lepard played here.
And some of the heavier bands as well: Entombed, The Haunted, Krabathor, Napalm Death & Carcass
Hopefully I won't die & be buried here
Grind & blast till you fall & beyond!!!

If you decide to get the Axis get the A's,much better feel and and choices.Although,X's are great too and they are the same quality.Axis are the best........
Speed will not come from the pedals, you got to see your pedals like the thing that will help YOUR FEET to give the maximum. So,you got to practice and offcourse to use the pedals that you will feel more confortable. It's all about your feet....

Once again, George is right ! Axis are greatissim' pedals, but the speed only depends of himself...patience and works pay off...
