foot movement

i see when your feet are moving at their fastest your heels are moving left to right somewhat. is there something to that? does it reduce strain?

It's just a technique that i use for balance and for keeping my body straight.there are many discussions about it already,it's just a balance thing 100% and works great for me and many other guys i saw.
