I don't know your work very well. I have one Suffocation album, "Pierced From Within", but the booklet says that drums are played by "Doug" so could you explain a little, why couldn't you record drums on that album, or why is another guy having all the "stardomness" instead of you. (sorry if this is boring, forget it.)

well my principal question would be about the suffo blast : do you play it with one foot or with two feet ?

I doubt doug Bohne is receiving any extra stardom for his moment in Suffocation, unless he wears a sign on his chest.
the fans only see me behind the kit and know why the success we have is.
PFW just happened to be when the world started paying attention to the years of influence we had already shared.
The Suffo Blast is a two foot technique, if played at the speed and power it was intended for.
The Grind, I play with 1 foot.

I play the Suffo Blast with two feet, but I have seen somewhere on the internet that Suffo Blasts could be played with one foot, that's why I asked it to you, in order to know how it was supposed to be played.

about the Grind Blast, do you mean the split-time blast ? (the one Pete Sandoval is claiming to be the creator ?)

Grind Blast= split time blast (which i heard Mick Harris of Napalm Death play first)
